Our Constitution is the rulebook for how Cessnock MX runs. It sets out our purposse, how members join, how meetings and voting work, and what the committee does. It keeps things fair, protects everyone’s right, and makes sure we meet legal requirements so we can keep riding and racing.
our club by-laws
As a formally incorporated club, CMX needs clear governance documents to maintain legal compliance, to help us manage our finances, set roles guidelines for volunteers and to assist us in running events safely and fairly. By-laws are a common and valuable component of club governance, especially for volunteer, community based sporting organisations like CMX. Our By-laws give us operational clarity by detailing procedures and policies that aren’t in the high-level constitution, such as fee schedules for the year.
